苯加氢萃取塔浮阀塔盘及塔内件的改造 被引量:1

摘要 通过对萃取塔圆形浮阀塔盘及塔盘内件进行技术改造,采用新型多孔梯形浮阀塔盘及降低塔盘溢流堰高度,增加塔盘降液孔底隙高度,使萃取塔分离效率提高,萃取塔的操作弹性增加到50%,萃取塔的塔盘阻力降低50kPa,塔顶非芳烃产品硫含量降低了95%,溶剂塔纯苯产品质量优级效率从40%提高到98%,萃取塔的处理能力增加20%,萃取塔底及溶剂塔的操作温度降低30℃~34℃,萃取塔、溶剂塔的能耗降低30%,溶剂分解变质速度大幅降低,达到了提质、降耗、节能、增加效益的效果,使生产长周期稳定运行,取得了较好的经济效益、环保效益及安全效益。 Through technological transformation of the round valve tray and internals of the extraction tower,a new porous trapezoidal valve tray was adopted,and the height of the tray overflow weir was reduced,and the height of the tray downcomer bottom clearance was increased,resulting in improved separation efficiency,increased operational flexibility of the extraction tower to 50%,decreased tray resistance by 50 kPa,decreased sulfur content of non-aromatic products in the top of the extraction tower by 95%,increased the purity and efficiency of pure benzene product in the solvent tower from 40%to 98%,increased the processing capacity of the extraction tower by 20%,decreased the operating temperature of the extraction tower bottom and solvent tower by 30℃~34℃,decreased energy consumption of the extraction tower and solvent tower by 30%,and greatly reduced the decomposition and deterioration rate of solvent.It has achieved the effects of improving quality,reducing consumption,energy conservation,and increasing benefits,enabling long-term stable production,and achieving good economic,environmental,and safety benefits.
