我国专业市场转型发展效率评价和空间差异分析

Efficiency Evaluation and Spatial Difference Analysis of China's Professional Market Transformation Development

基于2012—2019年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用DEA方法测度专业市场转型发展效率,进而分析其时空演变趋势。运用ESDA全局和局部空间自相关模型,分析各省(区、市)转型发展效率的总体空间格局和局部空间差异。研究表明:2012—2019年全国专业市场转型发展效率整体较低,2014年达到峰值后开始下滑,然后趋于平稳;专业市场转型发展效率在地区间存在显著差异,东部地区转型发展效率显著高于中西部地区;专业市场转型发展效率在各地区内存在显著差异,转型发展效率的不均衡程度持续扩大,其中东部地区离散程度大,而中西部地区离散程度较小;专业市场转型发展效率空间集聚特征明显,但呈减弱趋势。在此基础上,提出相应的政策建议。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces across China from 2012 to 2019,the DEA method is used to measure the transformation development efficiency of specialized markets,and their spatial and temporal evolution trends are analyzed.The global and local spatial autocorrelation models of ESDA are used to analyze the overall spatial pattern and local spatial differences of transformation development efficiency.The research shows that,from 2012 to 2019,the transformation and development efficiency of the national professional market was generally low,reached a peak in 2014,began to decline afterwards and then stabilized.The transformation development efficiency of the specialized markets differed significantly among regions,being significantly higher in the eastern region than the central and western regions.The transformation development efficiency of the specialized markets also differed significantly within each region,and its unevenness continues to expand with large degree of dispersion in the eastern region and relatively small degree of dispersion in the central and western regions.The spatial clustering characteristics of transformation development efficiency of specialized markets are obvious,but the clustering characteristics are on a weakening trend.On this basis,this paper proposes the corresponding policy recommendations.
