基于气机升降理论探讨升陷汤加减治疗经行头痛临证经验

Clinical Experience of Treating Menstrual Headache with Modified Shengxian Decoction Based on the Theory of Ascending and Descending of Qi Movement

经行头痛是妇科常见疾病,严重者已影响到患者的正常生活,现代医家多从疏肝解郁、补肾填精、益气补血、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰等方面进行治疗。然而临床中发现,气机升降失调亦是引起经行头痛的重要病机,临床以调整气机升降之法治疗经行头痛亦可获得较好的临床疗效。升陷汤本为张锡纯治疗大气下陷之方,根据“病在升降,举之,抑之”的治疗原则,以治疗大气下陷之升陷汤治疗气机升降失调所致经行头痛亦可获得临床显著疗效。

Menstrual headache is a common disease in gynecology,which seriously affects the normal life of patients.Modern doctors often treat it from the aspects of soothing liver and relieving depression,tonifying kidney and filling essence,tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing dampness and resolving phlegm.However,it is found in clinical practice that the disorder of qi movement is also an important pathogenesis of menstrual headache.The clinical treatment of menstrual headache by adjusting the qi movement can also achieve better clinical efficacy.Shengxian Decoction is Zhang Xichun's prescription for the treatment of atmospheric subsidence.According to the principle of disease caused by abnormal rising and falling of qi,using lifting and suppressing to treat it,Shengxian Decoction for the treatment of atmospheric subsidence can also achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of menstrual headache caused by the imbalance of qi movement.
