中药热奄包联合普拉克索片治疗原发性不宁腿综合征28例临床观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package with Pramipexole on Primary Restless Legs Syndrome

目的:观察中药热奄包联合普拉克索片治疗原发性不宁腿综合征的的临床效果。方法:将55例原发性不宁腿患者随机分为对照组27例、观察组28例。对照组以口服西药普拉克索片治疗,观察组以外敷中药热奄包联合口服西药普拉克索片治疗。两组均治疗4周。采用国际不宁腿量表评分(IRLS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分作为临床试验患者治疗疗效的观察指标,观察两组疗效及症状改善情况。结果:治疗后两组对比,观察组IRLS评分及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(96.4%)显著高于对照组(74.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:中药热奄包治疗原发性不宁腿综合征安全有效。

Objective To investigate efficacy of hot pack with TCM medicine combined with pramipexole on primary restless legs syndrome.Methods 55 patients with primary restless legs were randomly divided into control group(27cases)and Observation group(28cases).The the controll group was treated with oral pramipexole,while the Observation group was treated with external application of chinese medicine hot election package and pramipexole.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The International Restless Legs Scale(IRLS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were used as the observation indexes of treatment efficacy in clinical trial patients,and the efficacy and symptom improuement of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the IRLS score and PSQI score of the Observation group were lower,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Observation group(96.4%)was significantly higher than that of control group(74.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Hot pack with TCM medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of primary restless legs syndrome.
