精准护理的概念分析

Concept analysis of precision nursing

目的:通过对精准护理的发展、概念应用、属性、典型案例、前因、后果等进行系统分析,厘清精准护理的概念内涵,明晰精准护理与其相关术语之间的区别与联系,为今后精准护理的研究和实践提供参考。方法:系统检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of Science、Scopus等数据库,对纳入文献进行属性、前因和后果分析。以Rorgers演化概念分析法进行分析讨论。结果:通过分析相关文献并结合我国护理发展新形势提出精准护理概念,即由医护人员组建团队,依据病人基因型、生物标志物、个性化特点等信息,为病人提供精确、全程、个性化的动态护理服务。归纳出精确、个性化、动态、全程、团队协作5个精准护理的概念属性;其先决条件包括与人有关的先决条件、与环境有关的先决条件、与科技发展有关的先决条件三类。结论:精准护理是一个动态性的概念,随着时代的发展而不断更新完善,未来需将精准护理的内涵进一步扩大并深入剖析,促进精准护理的发展。

Objective:Through systematic analysis of the development,conceptual application,attributes,typical cases,antecedents,and consequences of precision nursing,this study aims to clarify the concept and connotation of precision nursing,clarify the differences and connections between precision nursing and its related terms,and provide reference for future research and practice of precision nursing.Methods:A systematic search was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,CBM,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,Scopus.The included literature was analyzed for its attributes,antecedents,and consequences.Using the Rorgers evolutionary concept analysis method to analyze and discuss.Results:By analyzing relevant literature and combining with the new situation of nursing development in China,the concept of precision nursing was proposed,which was a team formed by medical staff to provide precise,full process,and personalized dynamic nursing services for patients based on patient genotype,biomarkers,personalized characteristics,and other information.Summarize five conceptual attributes of precision nursing:precision,personalization,dynamic,full process,and team collaboration;the prerequisites include three categories:prerequisites related to humans,prerequisites related to the environment,and prerequisites related to technological development.Conclusion:Precision nursing is a dynamic concept that constantly updates and improves with the development of the times.In the future,the connotation of precision nursing needs to be further expanded and deeply analyzed to promote the development of precision nursing.
