摘要
区域阴极保护系统是指将站场内埋地管线、储罐等设施进行联合保护的阴极保护系统。为了解决某站库区域阴极保护系统中管线和储罐底板欠保护的问题,提升阴极保护效果,通过开展阴极保护现场测试和馈电试验,数值模拟软件计算分析等工作,查找出部分管线因辅助阳极不足导致欠保护、接地附近管线存在屏蔽、罐底阳极布置不合理等一系列问题,提出了在罐区增设23支浅埋阳极、将接地材料由铜包钢更换为锌包钢等优化措施,并计算分析不同辅助阳极形式对储罐底板阴极保护系统的影响。研究表明,通过采取新增和优化罐区浅埋阳极、更换接地材料、在储罐中布置辅助阳极等措施,可有效提升区域阴极保护的能力。
Regional cathodic protection system refers to a cathodic protection system that jointly protects buried pipelines,storage tanks,and other facilities within the station.In order to solve the problem of inadequate protection of pipelines and tank bottom plates in the regional cathodic protection system of a certain station,on⁃site cathodic protection testing and feed test,numerical simulation calculation and analysis were carried out to identify a series of problems such as insufficient auxiliary anodes for some pipelines,shielding of pipelines near grounding,and unreasonable arrangement of anode at the tank bottom.Optimization meas⁃ures were put forward such as adding 23 shallow buried anodes in the tank area and replacing the ground material from copper⁃clad steel to zinc⁃clad steel;meanwhile,the impact of different auxiliary anodes on the cathodic protection system of tank bottom plate was determined and analyzed.The research displayed the regional cathodic protection capacity can be effectively enhanced by adding and optimizing shallow buried anodes,replacing grounding materials and placing auxiliary anodes in the tank area.
