油田硫化氢溢出规律研究

摘要 胜利油田含硫化氢的站库占比较高,硫化氢在井口治理后依旧存在沿程溢出现象。针对以上情况,采用高温高压动态试验模拟油气集输系统的不同工况,开展不同温度、压力、流速、pH值和水含量条件下的硫化氢溢出规律研究,明确了油气集输过程中硫化氢的溢出规律。试验结果表明:在温度为25℃、压力为4.0 MPa、流速为3.5 m/s、原油pH值为10以及水质量分数为65%时,硫化氢溢出量最少。 In Shengli Oilfield,stations with hydrogen sulfide accounted for a high proportion,and hydrogen sulfide still over⁃flowed along the way after treatment at the wellhead.Based on this condition,high⁃temperature and high⁃pressure dynamic tests were conducted to simulate different operating conditions of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,and overflow mecha⁃nism of hydrogen sulfide under different temperature,pressure,flow rate,pH value and water content was studied and clarified.It was determined that the overflow amount of hydrogen sulfide was the least when the temperature was 25℃,the pressure was 4.0 MPa,the flow rate was 3.5 m/s,the pH value of crude oil was 10,and the mass fraction of water was 65%.
