石油钻井平台水下电连接器的阴极保护技术

摘要 对水下生产控制系统中阴极保护理论进行了探究,设计了水密电缆组件作为导通途径,分析其锁紧结构的受力情况,运用外加电流的阴极保护技术,通过水下电气分配单元内接驳盒中的高、中、低压直流转换模块,为接通水下多路生产设施的水下电连接器提供连续的电气和通信信号。经拉力试验机测定,该电缆可承受2 kN拉力而不发生伸缩变形,且对接后连接器外壳间接触电阻测量值为4 mΩ,有效实现整个系统的阴极保护功能,延长产品使用寿命。 Based on the research of cathodic protection theory in subsea production control system,watertight cable component was designed as conduction path and the stress situation of its locking structure was analyzed.By applying impressed current ca⁃thodic protection technology and making use of high,medium,and low voltage DC conversion modules in junction box of subsea electrical distribution unit,which provide continuous electrical and communication signals for subsea electrical connectors.After being tested by tensile testing machine,the cable can withstand a tensile force of 2 kN without any expansion or deformation.Fol⁃lowing the docking,the resistance measurement between connector shells is 4 mΩ,effectively realizing cathodic protection func⁃tion of entire system and extending the service life of products.
