摘要
介绍了传统芳烃联合装置中的低温余热利用现状,分析了低温余热回收瓶颈。为了高效回收低温余热,进行了设计创新,对二甲苯塔、抽余液塔、抽出液塔进行适度升温升压,使塔顶气相物流产生0.45 MPa低压饱和蒸汽以驱动汽轮机发电。为确保装置长周期稳定运行,制定了低温余热回收系统的风险防控措施。总结分析了低温余热回收发电技术所创造的经济效益和社会效益,并结合装置的实际运行情况,提出了下一步优化的方向和措施。
The current situation of low⁃temperature waste heat utilization in traditional aromatics complex is introduced,and the bottleneck of low⁃temperature waste heat recovery is studied.Design innovation is developed so as to recover low⁃temperature waste heat efficiently.Paraxylene column,raffinate column and extraction column are raised to moderate temperature and pres⁃sure,which generates 0.45 MPa low⁃pressure saturated steam in gas phase flow on top of column for driving steam turbine.In or⁃der to ensure stable operation of the units,risk prevention measures of low⁃temperature waste heat recovery system is formulated.The economic and social benefits created by low⁃temperature waste heat recovery and power generation technology are summarized and analyzed.Combined with actual operation of the unit,direction and measures for further optimization are proposed.
