肿瘤学视域下学业负担问题的增生机理与根治之道--兼论“双减”政策的制约因素与执行限度

摘要 学业负担问题是一个一直潜伏于我国教育机体中的具有遗传性质、高繁殖力和强转移性的“恶性肿瘤”,具有异常增殖、负担过重、浸润性生长及转移的生物学特征。透析学业负担问题的增生机理发现,教育功利心是造成学业负担问题的“遗传易感因素”,社会竞争是造成学业负担问题的“环境致癌因素”,资本扩张是造成学业负担问题的“病毒入侵因素”。结合“双减”政策的执行限度,应从更正教育观念,防止教育的育人基因发生突变;改善竞争环境,修复社会竞争生态系统;夯实减负成果,打造坚固的教育免疫系统三方面入手探寻根治学业负担问题的综合性治疗方案,使教育重回育人正轨。 The problem of studying burden is a malignant tumor with heredity high fecundity and strong metastasis which has been lurking in our educational system it has the biological characteristics of abnormal proliferation overburden infiltrative growth and metastasis.It is found that educational utilitarianism is a"genetic predisposing factor"and social competition is an"environmental carcinogenic factor"that causes the problem of academic burden capital expansion is the"viral invasion factor"that causes the problem of studying burden.According to the implementation limit of the"double reduction"policy we should correct the educational concept prevent the mutation of educational genes improve the competitive environment repair the social competitive ecosystem consolidate the results of burden reduction to build a strong education immune system three aspects to ex-plore the root of the problem of studying burden of comprehensive treatment programs so that education back on the right track.
