基于随机森林算法的机械加工工艺参数优化研究

摘要 针对机械加工工艺参数频繁调整、参数不精确进而影响加工质量的问题,提出了一种基于随机森林算法的机械加工工艺参数优化方法。根据铣削量、铣削深度、铣削速度等要素,创建出机械加工工艺参数优化的目标函数,以铣削最短总时间为目标,构建了具体的参数优化模型。VTest仿真表明,与基于粒子群算法的加工工艺调整方法相比,随机森林算法对机械加工工艺参数选择的精确性与稳定性均具有显著优势,对推动精密零部件机械加工工艺的发展具有积极意义。 Aiming at the problem that machining process parameters are frequently adjusted and imprecise,which affects the machining quality,a method of optimizing machining process parameters based on Random forest algorithm is proposed.Based on factors such as milling quantity,milling depth,and milling speed,an objective function for optimizing machining process parameters was created.A specific parameter optimization model was constructed with the goal of minimizing the total milling time.VTest simulation shows that compared with the processing technology adjustment method based on particle swarm optimization,Random forest algorithm has significant advantages in the accuracy and stability of machining process parameter selection,and has positive significance in promoting the development of precision parts machining technology.
