摘要
结合医疗咨询服务现状,依托三甲医院“互联网+”咨询服务模式,利用“互联网+”、人工智能等信息技术,探索和构建基于人工智能的问答机器人,实现医疗咨询服务的高效性、便捷性和可持续性。依托三甲医院“互联网+”服务模式,围绕临床和管理实际需求,以三甲医院已有咨询问答知识为基础,构建基于人工智能的问答机器人,能有效提高患者就医体验感和患者满意度,进一步解决咨询服务效率不高的问题。
Combined with the current status of hospital consultation services,relying on the"Internet+"consultation service model of the hospitals,using"Internet+",artificial intelligence and other information technologies,explore and build the question answering robot based on artificial intelligence,which can achieve the efficiency,convenience and sustainability of medical consultation services.Relying on the"Internet+"service model of hospital,centering on the actual needs of clinical and management,and basing on the existing knowledge of consultation problems in the hospitals,builting the question-andanswer robot based on artificial intelligence,which can effectively improve the patient's medical experience and satisfaction,and which can further solve the problem of low efficiency consultation services.
