“三全育人”视域下高职院校理想信念教育的现实境遇与提升路径

The Realistic Situation and Improvement Path of Ideal and Belief Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of “Three-dimensional Comprehensive Education”

“三全育人”视域下的高职院校理想信念教育要突出教育主体的广泛性、教育过程的持续性、教育目标的全面性。结合新时代高职院校理想信念教育的现实境遇,从高职学生身心发展复杂性的客体维度、新时代网络媒体带来新挑战的中介维度、教师教育教学存在堵点的主体维度、校园理想信念教育氛围有待提高的环境维度进行分析,发挥协同育人合力,提高“第一课堂”“第二课堂”“第三课堂”中理想信念教育的联动性;立足全程育人的持续性,完善基于工学结合的理想信念教育一体化;整合校企优质资源,利用网络技术创新理想信念教育的新模式。进而不断增强高职院校理想信念教育的针对性和实效性,做好立德树人工作,引导学生坚定理想信念。

From the perspective of “three comprehensive education”,the education of ideals and beliefs in vocational colleges should highlight the universality of the educational subject,the continuity of the educational process,and the comprehensiveness of the educational objectives.Based on the current situation of ideal and belief education in vocational colleges in the new era,this paper analyzes the complexity of the physical and mental development of vocational college students from the object dimension,the intermediary dimension of new challenges brought by the new era of online media,the main dimension of teacher education and teaching obstacles,and the environmental dimension of the campus ideal and belief education atmosphere that needs to be improved,in order to enhance the linkage of “first classroom”,“second classroom”,and “third classroom” for ideological and belied education in vocational colleges.It emphasizes the continuity of the entire process of education,and improves the integration of ideal and belief education based on the combination of work and learning;It integrates high-quality resources of schools and enterprises,and utilizes network technology to innovate a comprehensive new model of ideal and belief education.Furthermore,continuously enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of ideal and belief education in vocational colleges,doing a good job in moral education,and guiding students to firmly adhere to their ideals and beliefs.
