木构件锯切功率的影响因素试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 木构件锯切的影响因素很多且复杂,较难进行准确的测定评价。本研究选取木构件的锯切转速、圆锯片齿形、齿数、木构件材料作为试验因素,探究其对锯切性能的影响规律。基于多因素正交试验分析方法,采用直观分析法综合探究转速1 000、2 000、3 000 r/min,圆锯片平齿、梯平齿、左右齿,齿数60、96、120,云杉、纤维板、重组竹对木构件锯切性能的影响,以木构件锯切功率作为木构件锯切性能的评价指标,进行多组试验分析,确定不同材料下木构件最佳锯切方案。结果表明:1)各个试验因素对锯切过程最大功率消耗影响的主次顺序依次是:圆锯片转速、试件材料、圆锯片齿数、圆锯片齿形。锯切云杉的较优工艺为转速1 000 r/min、齿数60个、平齿形;2)锯切纤维板的较优工艺为转速1 000 r/min、齿数96个、梯平齿形;3)锯切重组竹的较优工艺为转速2 000 r/min、齿数60个,梯平齿形。 There are many complicated factors affecting sawing of wood structural component,so it is difficult to measure and evaluate accurately.In this study,the sawing speed of the wood component,the tooth shape of the circular saw blade,the number of teeth,and the wood component material were selected as the test factors to explore their influence on the sawing performance.Based on the multi-factor orthogonal test analysis method,the visual analysis method was used to comprehensively explore the impact of rotary speed of 1000,2000,3000 r/min,circular saw blade flat teeth,ladder flat teeth,left and right teeth,number of teeth 60,96,120,spruce,fiberboard and bamboo scrimber on the cutting performance of wood components.The sawing-cutting power of wood components was used as the evaluation index of sawing-cutting performance of wood components,and multiple groups of experimental analysis were carried out to determine the best sawing scheme of wood components under different materials.The results showed that:1)the primary and secondary order of the influence of each test factor on the maximum power consumption in the sawing process was:circular saw blade speed,specimen material,circular saw blade teeth number,circular saw blade teeth shape.The optimal process for sawing spruce was 1000 r/min,60 teeth and flat tooth shape.2)The optimal process for sawing fiberboard was 1000 r/min,96 teeth and ladder flat teeth.3)The optimal process for sawing bamboo scrimber was 2000 r/min,60 teeth and flat tooth shape.
