Super high-rise buildings have the characteristics of accommodating many personnel,long evacuation time and difficult rescue.Once a fire occurs,the casualties and property losses are huge.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the design of fire water supply system for super high-rise buildings,including design principles,system composition and layout,pipe network design and control,and water pump selection.Through the comprehensive research of relevant theory and practical experience,some effective design methods and technologies are summarized to improve the safety and reliability of the fire water supply system for super high-rise buildings,aiming to provide some useful guidance and reference for the design of fire water supply system for super high-rise buildings.
