EPC工程总承包模式下的合同风险管理研究

Research on Contract Risk Management Under EPC Engineering General Contracting Mode

相较于传统承包模式,EPC工程总承包模式具有诸多优势。但是由于工程项目的复杂度不断提升,所以项目管理工作中容易遇到各种问题,从而为工程项目带来风险隐患。其中,合同风险是较为突出的风险类型之一,所以,如何对合同风险进行有效管理成为相关部门需要重点研究的问题。基于此,本文从多方面入手分析了EPC总承包工程合同管理工作中存在的问题,并根据问题提出了切实可行的解决策略。

Compared with the traditional contracting mode,the EPC engineering general contracting mode has many advantages.However,due to the increasing complexity of engineering projects,project management is prone to encounter various problems,which brings hidden risks to engineering projects.Among them,contract risk is one prominent type of risk,so how to effectively manage contract risk has become a key issue for relevant departments.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of EPC general contracting engineering contracts from various aspects,and puts forward practical solutions according to the problems.
