摘要
当前,我国水利水电事业进入了全新的发展阶段,为满足实际需求,水利水电工程数量显著增多,规模持续扩大,为发挥此类项目在经济社会领域的作用,行业内对水库加固提出了新要求。因为水库承担着蓄水、防洪等功能,为避免其失稳引发重大事故,相关人员需结合水库结构类型及环境特点等,选择恰当的加固技术,并加强施工过程的管理。基于此,本文以某水利水电工程为例,分析了水库加固方面的施工管理策略,对同类型项目具有指导与借鉴意义。
At present,China’s water conservancy and hydropower industry has entered a new stage of development.In order to meet the actual demand,the number of water conservancy and hydropower projects has increased significantly and the scale continues to expand.In order to give full play to the role of such projects in the economic and social field,the new industrial requirements are put forward for reservoir reinforcement.Because the reservoir undertakes the functions of water storage and flood control,in order to avoid the major accidents caused by its instability,the relevant personnel need to choose the appropriate reinforcement technology according to the structural type and the environmental characteristics of the reservoir,and strengthen the management of the construction process.Based on this condition,this paper takes a water conservancy and hydropower project as an example,and analyzes the construction management strategy of reservoir reinforcement,which has guiding and reference significance for the same type of project.
