酒店建设项目造价管理研究

近年来,市场上陆续兴建了各种类型的酒店建设项目,虽行业内出现了很多新技术,为提高酒店建设项目的建设施工水平提供了技术保障,但酒店建设项目中造价管理方面的问题相对突出,不利于提高酒店建设项目的经济效益。为提高酒店建设项目造价水平,工程企业在项目全过程中应推行精细化造价管理,构建完善的造价管理体系。基于此,本文重点分析了酒店建设项目造价管理的相关策略,对实际工作具有指导与借鉴意义。

In recent years,various types of hotel construction projects have been successively built in the market.Although a lot of new technologies appear in the industry,and provide technical support to improve the construction level of hotel construction projects,the hotel construction project cost management problem is relatively prominent,which is not conducive to improve the economic benefit of the hotel construction project.In order to improve the cost level of hotel construction projects,engineering enterprises should carry out fine cost management in the whole process of the project,and build a perfect cost management system.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the analysis of the hotel construction project cost management related strategies,which has the guiding and reference significance for the practical work.
