Construction Technology of Fire-Fighting Water Supply and Drainage for High-Rise Civil Buildings

本文针对高层民用建筑消防给排水施工技术进行了研究和探讨,强调了消防给排水系统在保障人员生命安全和财产安全方面的重要性,分析了施工中存在的消火栓有效性不足和消防管网试压问题;讨论了施工过程中的管道预制、管线布置以及管路和阀门的安装关键要点;最后,强调了加强水压试验的重要性。该研究对于高层民用建筑消防给排水施工技术的提升具有指导意义,有助于确保施工质量和消防系统的可靠性。

This paper studies and discusses the construction technology of fire-fighting water supply and drainage for highrise civil buildings,emphasizes the importance of fire-fighting water supply and drainage system in ensuring the safety of personnel’life and property,analyzes the shortage of fire hydrant effectiveness and pressure test of fire pipe network in the construction;and discusses the key points of pipeline prefabrication,pipeline layout and installation of pipeline and valve in the construction process.Finally,the importance of strengthening the hydrostatic test is emphasized.This study is of guiding significance for the improvement of the construction technology of fire-fighting water supply and drainage in high-rise civil buildings,and helps to ensure the construction quality and the reliability of the fire-fighting system.
