初探防止石英石产品开裂及提高韧性的几点方法研究

摘要 本文以石英石为例,对人造石产品出现开裂现象的影响因素进行了详细分析,例如石英石的质量、配料、烧制工艺等。基于分析结果,提出了相应的解决方案,包括加强原材料筛选、改善烧制工艺、提高配料比例等措施。此外,为了提高石材产品的韧性,还提出了具体的工艺操作建议,比如控制烧结温度,增加配料中的硅砂等。通过上述措施,有望达到改善石材的性能和延长使用寿命的目的。 Taking quartzite as an example,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cracking of artificial stone products in detail,such as the quality,ingredients,firing process of quartzite.Based on the analysis results,corresponding solutions are proposed,including strengthening raw material screening,improving the firing process,increasing the proportion of ingredients and other measures.In addition,in order to improve the toughness of stone products,specific process operation suggestions are also proposed,such as controlling the sintering temperature and adding silica sand into the ingredients.Through the above measures,it is expected to achieve the purpose of improving the performance of stone materials and prolonging its service life.
