近年来,随着我国社会发展水平的显著提升。各类房屋建筑工程项目被广泛建设,对于建筑工程而言,质量水平是重中之重,而建筑工程的防水效果直接影响了工程项目的使用年限和使用性能,所以,各类防水材料在房屋建筑工程中被全面应用。基于此,本文主要探讨建筑防水材料的检测方法,结合不同类型防水材料阐述更有针对性的检测方式,以期对我国房屋建筑工程项目施工提供重要参考和借鉴。

In recent years,with the significant improvement of China’s social development level,all kinds of housing construction engineering projects are widely constructed.For construction engineering,the quality is the top priority.The waterproof effect of construction engineering directly affects the service life and performance of the engineering projects,so all kinds of waterproof materials are fully applied in housing construction engineering.Based on this condition,this paper mainly discusses the testing methods of building waterproof materials,and explains more targeted testing methods in combination with different types of waterproof materials,aiming to provide important reference for the construction of housing construction engineering projects in China.
