山区砾岩地质紧邻既有物桥梁桩基水磨钻施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 山区公路桥梁桩基在邻近高压线、房屋等既有物施工时,面临大型机械施工困难及无法采用爆破挖孔的问题,而水磨钻成孔可有效解决这一难题。以实际工程案例为背景,将传统水磨钻施工结合不同坚硬程度分层砾岩的地质情况,优化为人工开挖有护壁和水磨钻成孔无护壁的形式,克服了不利因素的影响,节约了工期,保证了施工质量及安全。 When the pile foundation of mountain highway bridge is constructed near high-voltage lines,houses and other existing structures,it is faced with the difficulty of large-scale machinery construction and the inability to use blasting to dig holes.The use of water mill to drill holes can effectively solve this problem.Taking the actual engineering case as the background,the traditional water mill construction is combined with the geological conditions of layered conglomerate with different degrees of hardness,and it is optimized to the form of manual excavation with retaining walls and water mill drilling holes without retaining walls,which overcomes the influence of unfavorable factors and saves money.The construction period ensures the construction quality and safety.
