岩溶强烈发育地区的溶洞处理施工技术

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF KARST CAVE TREATMENT IN AREAS WITH STRONG KARST DEVELOPMENT

岩溶发育地区的地层种类多,区域地质构造复杂,岩溶现象多、繁、杂,地质条件的不确定性对基坑支护、基础施工的安全和质量有很大的影响。大运枢纽物业开发南地块项目位于深圳市龙岗区园山街道,基坑周长630m,占地面积19197m^(2),上部规划建设4栋150~250m超高层塔楼,项目处于岩溶发育强烈地区。项目勘察阶段通过跨孔弹性波CT探明溶洞分布,基坑支护及桩基础施工前采用填充法+袖阀管注浆对溶洞进行预处理,保证了工程施工过程质量安全受控。

There are many kinds of strata in the karst development area,the regional geological structure is complex,and the karst phenomenon is also numerous,complex and miscellaneous.The uncertainty of geological conditions has a great impact on the safety and quality of foundation pit support and foundation construction.The South Lot of Dayun Hub Property Development Project is located in Yuanshan Street,Longgang District,Shenzhen.The perimeter of the foundation pit is 630m,covering an area of 19197m^(2).The upper part of the project is planned to build four 150~250m super high-rise towers.The project is located in an area with strong karst development.In the survey phase of the project,the distribution of karst caves was detected by cross-hole elastic wave CT.Before the construction of foundation pit support and pile foundation,the karst caves were pretreated by filling method and sleeve valve pipe grouting,ensuring the quality and safety of the project construction process under control.
