特殊地质导流坝新型智能振动压路机压实施工技术

摘要 特殊地质条件下导流坝压实不同于一般路基压实施工,特殊地质(如戈壁滩、高液限土)导流坝土体物理性质不利于压实。而实际施工过程中对导流坝压实度要求比常规路基更高,采用常规压实机械施工碾压次数更多,含水率和压实度检测也更频繁。因此为了有效提高特殊地质导流坝压实施工质量、缩短工期、节约成本,介绍了新型智能振动压路机压实施工技术,并在新疆ML西三区工程项目中的应用。 The compaction of diversion dams under special geological conditions is different from that of general roadbed compaction construction.The physical properties of the soil of diversion dams in special geological conditions(such as Gobi Desert and high liquid limit soil,are not conducive to compaction.In the actual construction process,the requirements for the compactness of the diversion dam are higher than those of the conventional roadbed,and the use of conventional compaction machinery for construction compaction is more frequent,and the detection of moisture content compactness is also more frequent.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the compaction construction quality of special geological diversion dam,shorten the construction period,and save costs,this article introduces the application of a new intelligent vibration roller compaction construction technology in the ML West Third District project in Xinjiang.
