摘要
以某超高层住宅为例,该工程为大型住宅小区项目,项目从开工伊始建设单位就明确了各主楼采用铝模与爬架体系施工,工程铝模与爬架体系结合设计蓝图、现场实际情况及多个优秀项目经验对门窗节点、线条优化、大型机械部署、防渗漏、免抹灰等多方面进行深化设计,从而降低了现场施工难度,提高了工人施工效率,减少了施工周期,同时也保证了现场施工安全,为工程施工提供了有效的技术支撑。
Taking a super high-rise residential building as an example,this project is a large-scale residential community project.From the beginning of construction,the construction unit has specified that each main building will be constructed using an aluminum mold and climbing frame system.The aluminum mold and climbing frame system of the project will be combined with the design blueprint,on-site actual situation,and multiple excellent project experiences to deepen the design of door and window nodes,line optimization,large-scale mechanical de�ployment,leakage prevention,and no plastering,thereby reducing the difficulty of on-site construction,This has improved the construction efficiency of workers,reduced the construction period,and ensured on-site construction safety,providing effective technical support for engineering construction.
