城市更新背景下老旧小区改造项目设计策略研究

ANALYSIS OF THE OLD RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION PROJECT DESIGN STRATEGY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF URBAN RENEWAL

在当前北京城市更新的背景和趋势下,涌现了朝阳劲松社区改造这一典型案例。本研究通过对劲松模式的解读以及对劲松项目的设计策略、改造目标和改造方案的深入分析,为今后老旧小区改造项目的设计实施提供了参考和借鉴。

Under the background and trend of current urban renewal in Beijing,a typical case of Chaoyang Jinsong community reconstruction has emerged.Through the interpretation of the Jinsong model and the in-depth analysis of the design strategy,transformation goal and transformation plan of the Jinsong project,the author pro�vides reference and reference for the design and implementation of the old residential reconstruction project in the future.
