摘要
超高层建筑因其经济效益显著而诞生,又因其社会效益明显而倍受人们青睐。本研究介绍了北京地标建筑“中信大厦”(建筑高度528m,地上108层,地下8层)空调风系统的设计。建筑内区域设置低温送风系统,建筑外区域设置干式风盘。此种温、湿度独立控制的空调风系统,不但能较好地满足室内温度、湿度要求,还可采用两种不同形式的空调系统,以双重保障室内环境的舒适性;此外本工程还分析了应对超高层烟囱效应的方法。
Super high-rise buildings are born due to their significant economic benefits and are favored by people due to their enormous social benefits.The study introduces the design of the air conditioning system for the landmark building“CITIC Tower”in Beijing,with a height of 528m and 108 floors above ground and 8 floors underground.The interior area of this project is equipped with a low-temperature air supply system,while the exterior area of the building is equipped with a dry air fan.This type of air conditioning system with independent temperature and humidity control not only better meets the indoor temperature and humidity requirements,but also adopts two different forms of air conditioning systems,which can double guarantee the comfort of the indoor environment;in addition,methods for dealing with the effect of super high-rise chimneys were also analyzed.
