益生元对哈士奇幼犬肠道的益生作用影响

Effects of Prebiotics on the Beneficial Effect of Intestinal Tract of Husky Puppies

本文为设计出一种高品质的幼犬犬粮,通过体外发酵试验比较低聚果糖、菊粉和甘露聚糖三种益生元对哈士奇幼犬肠道的益生作用,筛选出一种益生元添加在犬粮中。研究结果发现,三种益生元的保留率基本不随添加量的变化而变化,其中低聚果糖的保留率最高,达到90%左右。对于哈士奇幼犬的肠道菌群,三种益生元都可以促进双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌生长,只有低聚果糖组中大肠杆菌的生长受到抑制。在产酸方面,经过24 h发酵,各试验组乳酸和乙酸均能显著增加,低聚果糖组产生的总短链脂肪酸最多,由31.81 mmol/L增加到59.92 mmol/L。所有组发酵液的p H随发酵时间延长而降低,低聚果糖组的pH由7.42降至4.31,降低数值最多。综合考虑保留率、价格以及体外发酵效果等因素,最终选择将低聚果糖添加到幼犬犬粮中。

To design a high-quality puppy dog food,compare the beneficial effects of three prebiotics,fructo-oligosaccharide,inulin and mannan,on the intestinal tract of husky puppies through in vitro fermentation experiments,and screen out a kind of prebiotic added in dog food.The results showed that the retention rate of the three prebiotics basically did not change with the amount of addition,and the retention rate of fructooligosaccharide was the highest,reaching about 90%.For the intestinal flora of husky puppies,all three prebiotics could promote the growth of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli.Only the growth of Escherichia coli was inhibited in the fructooligosaccharide group.In terms of acid production,after 24 h of fermentation,lactic acid and acetic acid in each experimental group could increase significantly,and the total short-chain fatty acids produced in the fructooligosaccharide group were the most,increasing from 31.81 mmol/L to 59.92 mmol/L.In terms of the pH of the fermentation broth,the pH of the fermentation broth of all groups decreased with the prolongation of the fermentation time,and the pH of the fructooligosaccharide group dropped from 7.42 to 4.31,and the value of the decrease was the largest.Considering factors such as retention rate,price and in vitro fermentation effect,it was finally chosen to add fructooligosaccharides to puppy food.
