摘要
全面推进课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,各类课程应该与思政课程同向同行。“食品营养学”作为食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业的专业必修课,该课程不仅与百姓生活息息相关,同时本身蕴含着丰富的思政要素。故在“食品营养学”的教学中贯彻落实课程思政极为可行。以孕妇营养章节为例,从学情分析、学习目标、课前准备、课中活动、课后任务和教学反思六部分进行论述,提供教学案例设计1例,探索将课程思政融入专业课教学,以提高“食品营养学”课程的思政建设水平和育人效果,促进实现“三全育人”的育人目标。
Comprehensively promoting ideological and political education in courses is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of morality education.Various courses should go hand in hand with ideological and political education.As a compulsory course for food science and engineering and food quality and safety majors,"Food Nutrition"is not only related to people's lives,but also contains rich ideological and political elements.Therefore,it is extremely feasible to implement curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of"Food Nutrition'.Taking the chapter on pregnant nutrition as an example,this paper discusses from six parts of learning situation analysis,learning objectives,pre-class preparation,activities in class,after-class tasks and teaching reflection,providing a teaching case design to explore the integration of ideological and political education into professional teaching,in order to improve the ideological and political construction level and educational effect of the course"Food Nutrition",and to promote the realization of the educational goal of three all-round education.
