摘要
在河北农业大学食品类专业建设国家级一流本科专业背景下,“食品化学”课程以一流本科课程建设为契机,创建“四位一体-五步推进-全程思政”的理论教学方式、课内外联合的协同式实验教学新模式、“过程性-表现性-总结性评价”相结合的多元化多维度考核评价体系。课程教学模式的改革实践在提升学生思想政治素质、培养创新意识和创新精神、训练高阶能力等方面成效显著。
Under the background of building the national first-class undergraduate specialty in the food specialty of our university,the"Food Chemistry"course takes the construction of the first-class undergraduate course as an opportunity to create a theoretical teaching method of"four in one-five steps to advance-whole process curriculum ideological and political',a new model of collaborative experimental teaching combined inside and outside the class,and a diversified and multidimensional assessment and evaluation system combining"process-performance-summary evaluation".The reform and practice of curriculum teaching mode has achieved remarkable results in improving students'ideological and political quality,cultivating innovative consciousness and spirit,and training high-level ability.
