“食品生物化学”课程思政教学案例设计——以酶为例

摘要 课程思政是实现立德树人的重要举措,强调思政教育在专业课程中的有机融入。“食品生物化学”作为食品科学与工程专业的专业基础课,课程内容含有丰富的思政元素。以“酶”章节的课堂教学设计为例,在课程主要内容的讲授过程中,实时地分享与内容相关的思政故事,通过案例分析、课堂讨论等教学方式,对实现教学目标和思政目标同向同行进行探讨,旨在为大思政背景下的“食品生物化学”课程改革完善提供思路。 Ideological and political education is an important measure to foster character and civic virtue of students,emphasizing the organic integration of ideological and political education in professional courses.As a basic course of food science and engineering,"Food Biochemistry"contains rich ideological and political elements.Taking the classroom teaching design of"Enzyme"as an example,discuss how to organically integrate the teaching content with ideological and political elements effectively,and how to achieve the teaching objectives and ideological and political objectives,aiming at providing ideas for the course reform and improvement of Food Biochemistry"'under the background of great ideological and political policy.
