摘要
“食品安全学”是高等院校中食品相关专业的一门理论和应用兼备的专业教育课程。在工程教育专业认证背景下,针对“食品安全学”课程特点和在教学过程中存在的学生学习积极性不高、解决实际问题能力不足等问题,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、提升教师授课水平等方面对“食品安全学”课程进行了教学改革与探索,旨在调动学生学习主动性,提升学生分析、解决实际问题的综合能力,增强课堂教学效果,提升食品专业人才的培养质量。
"Food safety"is a professional education course for food-related majors in colleges and universities,which combines both theory and application.Under the background of engineering education professional certification,aiming at the characteristics of food safety curriculum and the problems existing in the teaching process,such as students'low learning enthusiasm and insufficient ability to solve practical problems,the teaching reform and exploration of food safety curriculum are carried out from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods and improving teachers'teaching level.It aims to mobilize students'learning initiative,to improve their comprehensive ability to analyze and solve practical problems,to enhance the classroom teaching effect,and to improve the training quality of food professionals.
