香榧枝叶和树皮精油成分分析

Analysis of Essential Oils from Leaves and Bark of Torreya grandis

用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香榧枝叶和树皮精油,用GC-MS、GC分别对其进行定性和定量分析,总共鉴定出52个成分,前者占精油成分的97.975%,后者占98.084%。两者成分种类基本一致,都以单萜烯、倍半萜烯及倍半萜含氧衍生物为主,它们含量之和在枝叶精油和树皮精油中分别为96.844%和97.037%,高含量的成分都是D-苧烯(38.559%和33.068%)和α-蒎烯(17.665%和32.145%),它们的差异主要在于各成分含量的不同。

The essential oils from leaves and bark of Torreya grandis were extracted by steam distillation.About 52 components of essential oils were identified by GC-MS and GC.These components accounted for 97.975%in essential oils of leaves,and accounted for 98.084%in essential oils of bark.The components of both were same basically.Monoterpene,sesquiterpene and sesquiterpene oxygen-containing derivatives were the main components,and their total content was 96.844%and 97.037%in essential oils of leaves and bark,respectively.The components with high content were D-limonene(38.559%and 33.068%)and a-pinene(17.665%and 32.145%).They were different in the content of each component,mainly.
