摘要
由于我国既有的国际组织人才培养课程体系尚难适应国际组织工作要求,国家留学基金管理委员会可建立国际组织实习生追踪调查机制,听取他们对课程体系的调整建议,并结合专家咨询出台针对高校国际组织人才培养项目课程建设的指导意见。我国对于国际组织人才培养的宏观决策咨询研究相对欠缺,教育主管部门可落实国际组织人才专家库建设,就国际组织人才培养过程中一些意义重大但又难以突破的难点进行决策咨询研究,以便更好地指导实践。
Since it is still difficult for China’s existing curriculum system for training talents for international organizations to meet the requirements of the work of international organizations,the China Scholarship Council can set up a mechanism for tracking and investigating the interns of international organizations,listen to their suggestions for adjusting the curriculum system,and combine with the consultation of experts to issue guidance for the construction of curricula for the training of talents for international organizations in colleges and universities.There is a relative lack of macro decision-making consulting research on the training of talents for international organizations in China,and the education authorities can implement the construction of an expert pool of talents for international organizations,and carry out decision-making consulting research on some significant but hard-to-breakthrough difficulties in the process of training talents for international organizations,so as to better guide the practice.
