摘要 在永靖县炳灵寺5A景区旅游环线塔坪游客服务中心项目中,存在异形建筑形体流线极为复杂、功能需求高、场地不规则、建设投资紧张、工期短等问题,利用BIM+倾斜摄影的方式进行体量构思和三维实景实时设计,并对该建筑进行场地分析、参数化分析、能量分析、人流疏散分析及量化分析。在深化设计阶段,利用BIM技术解决建筑与结构节点复杂、机电专业管综碰撞等问题,最终以平面图纸、三维节点图和参数构件图表等方式进行呈现,并对前期方案的复杂性、可行性、多样性、应用性进行正向设计研究,便于项目各参与方进行实施和管理。 In the project of the Taping Tourist Service Center of Bingling Temple 5A Scenic Spot in Yongjing County,Gansu Province,there are some problems in the scheme design stage,such as the extremely complex streamline,high functional requirements,irregular site,tight construction investment,and short construction period,etc.BIM+oblique photography was used to carry out volume conception and three⁃dimensional real⁃time design,and site analysis,parametric analysis,energy analysis,evacuation analysis,and quantitative analysis of the special⁃shaped building were carried out.In the detailed design stage,BIM technology was used to solve the problems of complex building and structural nodes,and the collision of mechanical and electrical integrated pipelines.Finally,it is presented in the form of plane drawings,three⁃dimensional node drawings,and parameter component charts,and the forward design research on the complexity,feasibility,diversity,and application of the previous scheme was implemented,which facilitates both the implementation and management of the project by all parties.
