摘要
立足于当前生态文明建设的迫切需求,以促进遥感技术在水体提取及其时空变化研究中的应用为目的,经过评价指标的选取、配置,标准参考数据的优化选择,以及评价流程的设计,研究制定了一套基于遥感影像水资源提取的精度评价方法。在此基础上,以基于深度学习的遥感水体提取算法的提取结果为实验数据,选取了湖北省部分水体作为样本,进行了遥感影像水资源提取精度评价方法实验。实验结论符合提取算法的特性,验证了提出的精度评价方法的可行性。
Based on the urgent needs of current ecological civilization construction and with the purpose of promoting remote sensing technology application in the study of water extraction and its spatio-temporal changes,we developed a set of precision evaluation methods for water resource extraction based on remote sensing image after selecting evaluation indicators,optimizing standard reference data and designing evaluation process.On the basis of this,taking extraction results of remote sensing water area extraction algorithm based on deep learning as experimental data,we selected some water bodies in Hubei Province as samples to carry out the accuracy evaluation experiment of water resource extraction based on remote sensing image.The experimental conclusion conformed to extraction algorithm characteristics and verified the feasibility of accuracy evaluation method proposed in this paper.
