自然资源资产审计一体化云服务平台与应用

Natural Resource Asset AuditIntegrated Cloud Service Platform and Its Application

针对当前自然资源资产审计工作中存在的审计多级协同难、数据汇聚发布慢、共享利用率低、人工作业量大任务重等问题,尝试创新了审计作业模式,建立了在线分析、深度挖掘、发现疑点、分散核实、精确定位和多级应用的多层级一体化审计作业流程,提出了一种时空语义自适应的审计数据融合处理方法,构建了审计在线智能分析模型,利用地理信息、遥感AI提取、大数据、云计算等技术,研发了自然资源资产审计一体化云服务平台,支撑了山东省自然资源资产审计工作开展,提升了审计工作的效率和质量,着力践行了“科技强审”理念,推动了审计信息化建设。

In view of the problems existing in the current natural resource assetaudit,such as difficult multi-level coordination,slow data collection and release,low sharing utilization,large amount of manual work and heavy tasks,we tried to innovate the audit operation mode and established a multi-level integrated audit operation process of online analysis,in-depth mining,finding doubts,decentralized verification,accurate positioning and multi-level application.We proposedaspatio-temporal semantic adaptive audit data fusion processing method,constructed an online intelligent audit analysis model,researched and developed annatural resource asset audit integrated cloud service platform by using technologies such as geographical information,remote sensing AI extraction,big data,cloud computing,which could support the development of natural resource asset audit in Shandong Province,improveaudit work efficiency and quality,put into practice the concept of“strengthening audit through science and technology”,and promoteaudit informatization.
