县域内优化升级城乡生活垃圾分类收运体系研究

Research and Exploration on Optimizing and Upgrading Urban and Rural Domestic Waste Classification Collection and Transportation System in the County

以山东省人口最多的县级市滕州市为研究对象,通过采样分析、调查问卷、座谈了解等多种形式开展研究,发现当前滕州市生活垃圾收运体系运行中存在“先分后混”“混装混运”、管理责任主体不统一、垃圾桶收集转运模式弊端凸显等问题和挑战,并据此提出了构建科学的垃圾分类收运网络、进一步理顺垃圾收运管理工作机制、全面优化垃圾收运模式的建议和对策。

Taking Tengzhou City,the most populous county-level city in Shandong Province,as the research object,carry out researches through sampling analysis,questionnaires,discussions and other forms,it is found that there are problems and challenges in the current operation of the waste collection and transportation system in Tengzhou,such as"divide before mix","mixed loading and mixed transportation",the main body of management responsibility is not unified,and the shortcomings of waste containers collection and transportation mode are prominent.Based on this,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to construct a scientific waste sorting and transportation network,further rationalize the working mechanism of waste collection and transpor-tation,and comprehensively optimize the waste collection and transportation mode.
