北京冬残奥会中国队备战遗产助力残疾人体育高质量发展的思考

Reflection on the Training Heritage for the Beijing Paralympic Winter Games to Assist the High Quality Development of Disabled Sports in China

习近平总书记在北京冬奥会、冬残奥会总结表彰大会上讲话指出,“成功筹办举办北京冬奥会、冬残奥会,极大推动了我国体育事业发展”“我们要积极谋划、接续奋斗,管理好、运用好北京冬奥遗产”。在此背景下,为了梳理中国冬残奥备战策略,探索促进我国残疾人体育高质量发展的途径,本文通过实证研究法和文献分析法,重点收集、整理和分析了中国冬残奥国家队的训练备战数据以及相关政策文件,通过对相关数据的统计分析发现,冬残奥运动员冬夏项目跨项选材理论的实践、单周期训练理论的应用、“科技助力”的加持、“举国体制”管理模式下的政策保障以及群众体育蓬勃发展对竞技体育的促进作用是短周期内我国冬残奥成绩取得跨越式发展的主要原因。建议通过创新“科技兴体”渠道,构建残疾人体育冬夏兼项、“竞”“群”协调发展机制,为残疾人体育高质量发展拓宽发展路径。

“The successful preparation and hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games has greatly stimulated the sports enthusiasm of hundreds of millions of people and greatly promoted the development of China sports”,“We should actively plan,continue to struggle,manage and make good use of the sustainability and legacy of Paralympic Games”,as President Xi Jinping said in the summary and commendation meeting of Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympic Games.In this context,in order to sort out the training strategies of Chinese National Team of Paralympic Winter Games and explore ways to promote the high-quality development of the disabled sports in China,this paper focuses on collecting,organizing,and analyzing the training data and relevant policy documents of the Chinese National Team through empirical research and literature analysis methods.On the basis of the statistical analysis of relevant data,it was found that the cross event selection of winter and summer sports,the application of single cycle training theory,the support of“technological assistance”,the policy under the“national-wide system”management mode,and the promoting effect of the vigorous development of mass sports on competitive sports are the huge advantages for Chinese National Team’s leapfrog development in Paralympic Winter Games in the short cycle.Innovating the methods of“technology promoting sports”and constructing a coordinated development mechanism for winter and summer sports, mass and sports in disabled sports is an effective way to achieve high-quality development of disabled sports.
