冰敷标准化作业对三叉神经痛射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗患者满意度的影响

Effect of standardized ice compress operation on the satisfaction of trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and adriamycin

目的研究探讨冰敷标准化作业对三叉神经痛射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗患者满意度的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月收治的100例三叉神经痛患者开展研究,按患者入院顺序编号,偶数位号患者纳入观察组,奇数尾号患者纳入对照组,每组50例。2组患者均进行射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗,对照组治疗期间进行常规冰敷,观察组治疗期间行冰敷标准化作业。对2组患者的疼痛程度评分、睡眠质量评分、负性情绪评分、舒适度评分、炎症细胞因子水平、护理干预满意度等指标进行评估对比。结果干预后观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉米尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉米尔顿焦虑量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组Kolcaba舒适状况量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组炎症细胞因子包括β-内啡肽(β-EP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为94.00%(47/50),对照组总满意度为76.00%(38/50),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冰敷标准化作业对三叉神经痛射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗患者的干预效果良好,可降低患者的疼痛感及负性情绪,改善患者睡眠质量和舒适度,降低各炎症细胞因子的表达水平,提高患者满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized ice compress operation on the satisfaction of trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and adriamycin.Methods A total of 100 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who received treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled as research subjects.According to the sequence of admission,50 patients with even number were included in the observation group and 50 patients with odd number were included in the control group,respectively.Based on radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with adriamycin,the patients of control group were additionally given routine ice compress,while the patients of observation group were additionally given standardized ice compress during treatment.The pain score,sleep quality score,negative emotion score,comfort score,inflammatory cytokine level and nursing satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale-14(HAMA-14)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale-17(HAMD-17)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Kolaba Comfort Scale in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory cytokines includingβ-Endorphins(β-EP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group,were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher in the observation group(94.00%[47/50]vs 76.00%[38/50],P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized ice compress operation has good intervention effect on trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and doxorubicin,which can reduce pain and negative emotions,improve sleep quality and comfort,reduce the expression level of various inflammatory cytokines,and improve patient satisfaction,exerting high clinical application value.
