横向滑坡作用下输气管道的力学特性分析

摘要 为了研究横向滑坡对输气管道安全性的影响,基于弯曲微分方程和Winkler弹性地基梁理论,建立了横向滑坡作用下输气管道的受力模型,以川气东送管道为例,研究了横向滑坡对管道力学状态的影响。通过求解模型发现,横穿滑坡管道的主要变形集中在滑坡体中央附近,最大挠度为0.094 m,计算结果与有限元法比较接近,相对误差约为12%。同时为了研究不同因素对管道受力特性的影响,还分析了不同地滑力大小、滑坡宽度下管道的变形和受力状态变化,研究结果可以为滑坡作用下管道的设计和防护提供参考。 In order to study the influence of horizontal landslide on the safety of gas transmission pipeline,the stress model of gas transmission pipeline under the action of horizontal landslide was established based on bending differential equation and Winkler elastic foundation beam theory.The influence of horizontal landslide on the mechanical state of pipeline was researched by taking Sichuan East gas transmission pipeline for example.By solving the model,it is found that the main deformation of the pipeline crossing the landslide is concentrated near the center of the landslide mass and the maximum deflection was 0.094 m.The calculated result is close to the finite element method and the relative error is about 12%.At the same time,in order to explore the influence of different factors on the stress characteristics of pipelines,the deformation and stress state of the pipeline under different ground sliding force and landslide width are also analyzed.The results can provide a reference for the design and protection of pipelines under landslide.
