安徽省部分地区规模兔场球虫分子流行病学调查

摘要 目的:了解安徽省人工养殖兔艾美耳球虫的感染及虫种分布情况。方法:从安徽省不同地区的6个兔场采集粪便样品418份,提取粪便基因组DNA,采用基于11种兔艾美耳球虫核糖体第1内转录间隔区(ITS 1)的特异PCR对所有样品进行检测,并随机选取部分阳性扩增产物进行测序和分析。结果:调查的所有兔场均有球虫感染,场感染率为100%,共检出8种球虫虫种,分别为中型艾美耳球虫(4.55%)、盲肠艾美耳球虫(0.72%)、大型艾美耳球虫(3.83%)、肠艾美耳球虫(2.87%)、小型艾美耳球虫(0.48%)、穿孔艾美耳球虫(4.31%)、维氏艾美耳球虫(3.35%)和斯氏艾美耳球虫(3.59%)。结论:调查显示安徽省多地兔场球虫感染较为普遍,相关结果为安徽省兔球虫病的防控提供了依据。 Objective:In order to understand the prevalence,species distribution of Eimeria spp.in rabbits in Anhui Province.Methods:418 fecal samples were collected from 6 rabbit farms in different regions of Anhui Province.Fecal genomic DNA was extracted,and subsequently all samples were detected by the specific PCR method based on the first internal transcribed spacer(ITS 1)of 11 kinds of Eimeria spp.in rabbits.Some positive amplification products were randomly selected for sequencing and analysis.Results:All the rabbit farms in this survey were infected with Eimeria spp.,with a 100%infection rate.A total of 8 different Eimeria species in rabbits were identified,including E.media(4.55%),E.coecicola(0.72%),E.magna(3.83%),E.intestinalis(2.87%),E.exigua(0.48%),E.perforans(4.31%),E.vejdovskyi(3.35%)and E.stiedai(3.59%).Conclusion:This survey demonstrated that the infection situation of Eimeria spp.in rabbit farms in Anhui Province was relatively common,and the relevant results provided a basis for the prevention and control of rabbit coccidiosis in Anhui Province.
