单分散硫化铜纳米晶的制备及其影响因素

摘要 目的:直接水相制备单分散硫化铜纳米晶(Cu_(2-x)S NCs),并研究影响其单分散性的主要因素。方法:以CuSO_(4)、硫代乙酰胺、半胱氨酸和柠檬酸三钠为原料,在碱性条件下通过一步法直接水相制备单分散Cu_(2-x)S NCs。并结合透射电镜技术观察反应温度、pH以及反应原料浓度(CuSO_(4)、硫代乙酰胺、半胱氨酸)对产物单分散性的影响。结果:反应温度、pH及反应原料浓度均与单分散性相关,且当温度为80℃、pH为10.0、柠檬酸三钠∶半胱氨酸∶CuSO_(4)∶硫代乙酰胺=1∶3∶0.5∶0.1时,获得的Cu_(2-x)S NCs单分散性最佳。结论:精准选择反应参数是水相制备单分散硫化铜纳米晶的关键,同时也对调控纳米材料的尺寸和形貌具有指导意义。 Objective:Monodisperse copper sulfide nanocrystals(Cu_(2-x)S NCs)were prepared directly in the aqueous phase,and the factors affecting their monodisperse beharior were investigated.Methods:Monodisperse Cu_(2-x)S NCs were successfully fabricated by the one-step method under alkaline conditions,and CuSO_(4),thioacetamide,cysteine,and trisodium citrate were used as raw materials.Then,by transmission electron microscopy technique,the influences of reaction temperature,pH,and reaction precursor concentration(CuSO_(4),thioacetamide,and cysteine)on the monodispersity of the products were observed.Results:Reaction temperature,pH,and the concentration of raw material are closely related to monodispersity.With the temperature of 80℃,and pH of 10.0,the monodisperse Cu_(2-x)S NCs are obtained when trisodium citrate∶cysteine∶CuSO_(4)∶thioacetamide=1∶3∶0.5∶0.1.Conclusion:Precise control of the above reaction parameters is the key to prepare monodisperse copper sulfide nanocrystals in the aqueous phase,and is also instructive for tuning the size and morphology of nanomaterials.
