超亲水掺银TiO_(2)薄膜的制备及其抑菌和光催化性能

摘要 目的:采用溶胶凝胶法制备超亲水TiO_(2)薄膜,研究其抑菌和光催化性能。方法:以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,以乙酰丙酮为络合剂,三乙醇胺为稳定剂制备性能稳定的TiO_(2)溶胶。在普通玻璃基片上旋涂4层,制备不同煅烧温度下的TiO_(2)薄膜,以及银钛原子个数比为8∶100和16∶100的掺银TiO_(2)复合薄膜。用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、可见光透过率、接触角测试等方法表征薄膜晶体结构、薄膜中银的化学状态、透光性和亲水性。通过对亚甲基蓝溶液的催化降解检测薄膜的催化性能,采用表面接触抗菌法检测薄膜的抑菌性能。结果:TiO_(2)的结晶度随银掺杂量的增加而提高,可见光透过率则随掺银量的增加而下降,薄膜中银以金属形式存在,银掺杂量和煅烧温度影响TiO_(2)的亲水性能。掺银TiO_(2)薄膜具有较好的催化和抑菌效果。结论:掺银TiO_(2)薄膜可用于自清洁抑菌涂层。 Objective:Super-hydrophilic TiO_(2)films were prepared by sol-gel method,and their antibacterial properties were tested.Methods:Using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source,acetylacetone as complexing agent and triethanolamine as stabilizer,stable TiO_(2)sol was successfully prepared.After spin coating 4 layers on glass substrate and calcinating at different temperatures,TiO_(2)thin films and silver-doped TiO_(2)composite films were prepared.The ratio of silver to titanium is 8∶100 and 16∶100,respectively.The structure,chemical state of silver,transparency and hydrophilicity of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,visible light transmittance and contact angle.The catalytic performance of the films was tested by catalytic degradation of methylene blue solution,and the antibacterial performance of the films was tested by surface contact antibacterial method.Results:It was found that the crystallinity of TiO_(2)increased and the transmittance decreased with the increase of silver doping.Silver in the film existed in the form of metal.The amount of silver doping and calcination temperature affected the hydrophilicity of TiO_(2).Silver doped TiO_(2)films have good catalytic and antibacterial properties.Conclusion:Silver doped TiO_(2)films can be used for self-cleaning antibacterial coating.
