环境介质中全氟和多氟化合物分析方法研究进展

摘要 全氟和多氟化合物(per-and polyfluorinated compounds,PFASs)因其优异性质应用广泛,目前已在大气、水、土壤等多种环境介质中被检出。PFASs具有多种毒性,对人类健康危害极大,其在环境中的含量已成为目前的关注和研究重点。为准确监测复杂环境介质中PFASs的污染水平,选择恰当且灵敏可靠的分析方法十分必要。综述了不同环境介质(包括大气和灰尘、水、土壤、沉积物和污泥、生物)中PFASs的分析方法(包括前处理方法和检测方法),分析了各种方法的优缺点和适用情况,以期为环境中PFASs的准确监测提供参考。 Per-and polyfluorinated compounds(PFASs)are widely used in daily life due to their excellent properties and have been detected in a variety of environmental media such as air,water and soil.Studies have shown that PFASs have a variety of toxicity and are extremely harmful for human.Therefore,the level of PFASs in the environment has become the focus of attention and research.In order to accurately monitor the level of PFASs in complex environmental media,it is necessary to select appropriate,sensitive and reliable analytical methods.The analytical methods(including pretreatment methods and detection methods)of PFASs in different environmental media(including air,dust,water,soil,sediment,sludge and organisms)were summarized,and the advantages,disadvantages and application fields of these methods were discussed in order to provide reference for accurate monitoring of PFASs in the environment.
