大连市松木岛化工园区环境风险预警体系建设研究

松木岛化工园区是大连市“一个中心,四大基地”的重要组成部分。在总结国内工业园区环境风险监控预警技术的基础上,从有毒有害气体监测因子确定、监控平台建设、空气预警站网点建设、应急体系建设等方面深入研究了松木岛化工园区环境风险预警体系,分析了其存在的问题,并采取针对措施,为大连市各化工园区环境风险预警体系的建设和完善提供参考。

Songmu Island Chemical Park is an important part of Dalian's"one center,four bases".On the basis of summarizing the environmental risk monitoring and early warning technology of domestic industrial parks,this paper deeply studies the environmental risk early warning system of Songmu Island Chemical Park from the aspects of toxic and harmful gas monitoring factors determination,monitoring platform construction,air early warning station network construction,and emergency system construction,analyzes the existing problems,and takes targeted measures,which provides reference for the construction and improvement of environmental risk early warning system in various chemical parks in Dalian.
