碳化硅行业发展及减污降碳对策研究——以天祝县碳化硅产业为例

在对武威市天祝县碳化硅行业发展现状评估的基础上,分析了碳化硅行业高质量发展存在的突出问题。基于生态文明建设、推动高质量发展及减污降碳目标,建议加强优化工艺、技术和环保设施等方面的研究与应用;建立碳化硅行业污染物排放标准、技术规范、减污降碳协同治理可行技术指南,以实现碳化硅行业全周期环境管理,为企业绿色转型提供技术支撑;基于本地发展战略,拓展碳化硅产业发展方向,不断发展壮大碳化硅产业,实现以生态环境高水平保护推动经济高质量发展。

Based on the evaluation of the development status of silicon carbide industry of Wuwei Tianzhu,the prominent problems of the high-quality development of silicon carbide industry are analyzed.Based on ecological civilization construction,promoting high quality development and pollution reduction and carbon reduction,it is suggested to strengthen the research and application of optimizing process,technology and environmental protection facilities,and establish silicon carbide industry pollutant emission standards,technical specifications and carbon reduction feasible technical guidelines to realize the full cycle environmental management,provide technical support for enterprise green transformation;meanwhile,stem from the local development strategies,expand the development direction of silicon carbide industry,develop the silicon carbide industry,to promote high quality economic development with ecological environment protection.
