基于岗位胜任力的口腔住院医师规范化培养路径

Discussion on Standardized Training Path of Dental Residents based on Post Competency

随着现代医学教育技术的不断发展,住院医师规范化培训已成为医学生毕业医学教育的重要组成部分,口腔医学住院医师的规范化培养质量直接关系到医师的未来执业水平和执业能力,直接关系到我国口腔医学发展水平和高度。口腔医学具有明显的专业特色,实践性要求较高。针对我国口腔住院医师在规范化培养中存在的诸如医患沟通技巧不畅、岗位业务能力培养内容不规范、科研水平不高、医学人文素养有待提升、岗位胜任能力职业生涯规划欠缺等问题进行分析,并针对上述问题探讨了基于岗位胜任力的口腔医学住院医师规范化培养的方法和路径。

With the continuous development of modern medical education technology,standardized training of residents has become an important part of medical education for medical students.The standardized training quality of dental residents is directly related to the future practice level and practice ability,and directly related to the development level and height of stomatology in China.Stomatology has obvious professional characteristics and requires high practicality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the standardized training of dental residents in China,such as poor communication skills between doctors and patients,nonstandard training content,low scientific research level,medical humanistic quality to be improved,lack of job competency and career planning,and discusses how to standardize the training of dental residents based on job competency.
