深圳市居民健康管理服务需求和利用现状调查

Status Survey on the Demand and Utilization of Health Management Services in Shenzhen

目的探究深圳市居民对健康管理服务需求和利用情况,为优化深圳市社区健康管理服务供给提出建议。方法于2022年7-9月在深圳市开展居民健康管理服务需求和利用现状调查,由经过统一培训的研究生对社区居民进行问卷调查。共有1189名社区居民填写调查问卷,获得实际有效问卷1136份。结果深圳市居民对健康教育、健康监测、健康风险评估、健康干预以及健康跟踪的利用率分别为46.04%、35.30%、17.78%、50.97%和30.72%,需要率分别为86.09%、86.09%、80.54%、81.51%和73.77%。另外,分别有9.86%、9.77%、9.60%、9.07%、9.24%的深圳市居民认为现有的健康教育、健康监测、健康风险评估、健康干预以及健康跟踪等健康管理服务尚未满足健康需要。结论建议加强社区健康管理服务宣传,提高居民认知程度;优化健康管理服务内容,提高服务利用率;完善健康管理服务,满足居民服务需求。

Objective To investigate the demand and utilization of health management services among Shenzhen residents and provide suggestions for optimizing the supply of community health management services in Shen-zhen.Methods In this study,a survey on the current demand and utilization of health management services among residents was conducted in Shenzhen from July to September 2022,and questionnaires were administered to community residents by uniformly trained graduate students.A total of 1189 community residents filled out the questionnaires,and 1136 actual valid questionnaires were obtained.Results The utilization rates of health education,health monitoring,health risk assessment,health intervention,and health tracking among Shenzhen residents were 46.04%,35.30%,17.78%,50.97%and 30.72%,respectively,and the demand rates were 86.09%,86.09%,80.54%,81.51%and 73.77%,respectively.In addition,9.86%,9.77%,9.60%,9.07%and 9.24%of Shenzhen residents respectively believed that the existing health management services such as health education,health monitoring,health risk assessment,health intervention and health tracking had not yet met the health needs.Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the publicity of community health management services to improve residents'awareness,to optimize the content of health management services to improve the utilization rate of services and to improve health management services to meet residents'service needs.
