考虑动态效应的隧道“零刷坡”顶进法进洞施工全过程数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of the Whole Construction Process of the Tunnel with“Not Brush Slope”Jacking Method Considering Dynamic Effects

摘要 顶进法数值模拟研究中,均采用静力学模拟方法,未见顶进法进洞全过程动态顶进模拟。采用显式动力学方法模拟了顶进法进洞动态全过程力学响应,对比了隐式静力学和显式动力学方法模拟结果,证明显式动力学结果可靠;并对显式动力学方法进行了进一步研究,在计算过程中使用基于时间和空间的单元删除算法,解决了ABAQUS显式动力学不能模拟开挖的问题。模拟结果表明,显式动力学方法可有效模拟顶进法进洞施工过程。综合顶进力大小、经济性和施工效率,顶进法进洞施工可不进行注泥浆减摩。推导了洞口带有坡度情况下的顶进力理论公式,较好地反映了洞口坡度对顶进力的影响。 In numerical simulation research of the jacking method,the statics simulation method is used,and there is no dynamic jacking simulation of the whole construction process with jacking method.The simulation results of implicit statics and explicit dynamical methods are compared,and it is proved that the dynamical results are reliable.The explicit dynamics method is further studied,and the element deletion algorithm based on time and space is used in the calculation process,which solves the problem that ABAQUS explicit dynamics can not simulate excavation.The simulation results show that the explicit dynamic method can effectively simulate the construction process using jacking method.Considering the size of the jacking force,economy and construction efficiency,it is not necessary to inject mud to reduce wear in the construction using jacking method.The theoretical formula of the jacking force when the opening has a slope is deduced,which can better reflect the influence of the slope of the opening on the jacking force.
